The HDD and RAID of this server had degraded recently. Although the severity of the problem should not occur again, we prefer to go for a solution where we can guarantee it won’t happen again. We have therefore setup a new server in our Tier IV facility to replace the existing shared server.

The migration process in itself involves zero downtime. Your websites, emails , databases and all other components would be online at all times. You won’t need to make any changes, Server main IP address , name servers IP address , dedicated ips will be same as it is.We are confident that the new server will only enhance your website’s performance.

At present we are in process of migrating the Data and websites on the new server.

IP’s would be routed to new server by this weekend. We would be updating our status page once IP’s would be routed to new server.
