Problem with the new chat software ?

Well... I see you keep changing it. I don't know if this is to do with my PC. But with the new chat java only half loads. :S

Apart from that, the only problem I am facing is:

Waiting for operator...
Yeah, packet loss... this only sometimes happen though. Like after 1-2 chats the 3rd one it just stops working.

Anyway, I prefer the new chat, but until it's fixed let's just stay with the old one
As for now, I prefer the old one. Kinda annoying when I really need to chat to supporters.

P.S. Also, don't know if this is to do with my PC but when I'm in the new chat for a long time. The whole window doesn't respond therefore I have to close it.

P.S.S. Is this really the leading webhosting company? - Cool

I don't think we are leading web hosting company right now but very soon we will be. We don't have any other website where we can test our livechat software for heavy traffic though initial testing has been done on it. Minor bugs are still there but those will be sorted by our system admins as developers have completed their job.

Not sure why it gives such error on your end as it works well for others. I need some details about browser on your system and anything else that may be responsible for this.

Admin, I suggest using the one hostmonster.com uses. Check it out. It doesn't require java (java can be slow sometimes on my browser) Simply choose the department/sub then it connects in a sec!

It has departments and sub-departments too

And no admin. I used several PC's from the east london and from the north and I still get this.

Admin cannot reply to forum posts immediately. There are many other things which need to be done

They use websitealive4.com and I really didn't like that chat software. We will improve our chat software to bring more perfection but we cannot go for any other chat software now as we've invested a lot for development of a chat software which covers all features we need.

Ah ok. Well if it's ok with you to use the old CSS Live chat untill your live chat is fully functioned and working.

Ok, the new chat only works in morning. Also I really like the CCS one. I even use it on my site, why not use it? -> It has departments too.

Nope. CCS hasn't got departments. Multiple departments feature was the most important thing which made us to look for a new chat software. Please reply to this thread as soon as you get error with the new livechat software next time as that will help me to make out the time when you had a problem with it and logs will help us to fix the problem.

Let me know what problems you have faced with the new chat software. We are still debugging it and we have the old chat software on main index page but new one for the inner pages.

ok it's great so far, also I prefer this than CCS but wondering if you have to pay for this live chat software? If not can you please provide me a link where to get this? "Team Chat"
