Hi All,

I'm hoping to build a new site to replace an old one which is looking very dated. I have limited experience so looking for a good package/template to use which works with smart phones. The site will include a fair amount of photos and also needs to include a Message Board/Forum.

I'd be grateful if you could point me in the right direction
