Redesigning is a good thing but we should take care on

1. URL redirection ( its not good, create new link or retain the existing link without redirection- Age of URL is a big factor)
2. should be Attractive, Eye-catchy, user friendly and Search engine friendly website( thereby we can reduce bounce rate)
3. Search Engine looking for new contents (updation)
