WHUK members always keep updated their customers whenever they face any downtime or an outage. I have been experiencing on the forums that they never try to hide any information from their customers if they face any downtime. That's correct. The WHUK Forum is always updated if there is a Network problem and this is done so that the Customers are aware of the problem. The Network problem is Updated and the Technical support department constantly works Hard so that the problem is solved as soon as possible. Due to the Hard work of the Technical support department, the Network outage problems have been solved soon as and when it occurred. Also, as the Technical support department was available 24x7, it was possible to contact them at any point of time which made it even better for the Customers.

You sound very professional in the way you deal with the situation, keep the customers up to date is the key. We can't expect 100% uptime but knowing that you are on the ball when there is a problem is fantastic![]()
Yes indeed, keeping the customers informed about the problem is a professional way of dealing with things. It also lets us as customers know that the host is aware of the problem and are working on getting those issues resolved.
