Billing and Support System Maintenance

Dear Customer,

We will be migrating our Billing and Support system on to a new server in order to improve the software and server security as well as to enhance it’s redundancy. The migration will be carried out on 08th May 2012 at 20:00 hrs so the billing as well as support system won’t be accessible during this maintenance duration. We expect the whole process to take no longer than 30-45 minutes.


Maintenance Type : Server Upgrade and Migration.
Effect : Billing & Support inaccessible accessible
Expected Duration for Completion : 30-45 Minutes


The migration will start between: 20:00 hrs on Thursday 8th May 2012 and 21:00 hrs on Thursday 8th May 2012 (All timings are BST).
