Newbie seeking help with first web page

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie (apologies) to Web hosting, cPanel and PHP. I have used rvsitebuilder to build a basic web page and published it.

when I point my browser at the domain it lands on on page whose url ends with:

/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

The page previewed ok in rvsitebuilder and seemingly published ok and I can see a file called index.php in my public_html folder but cant get it to load.

All assistance gratefully recieved. Is there a step by step guide to let me know how to do this most basic of operations please?

Support people tell me I need to update the name servers on the domain to:

ns47.redbackinternet.net and ns48.redbackinternet.net

in the meantime everything is working ok using the the temporary URL.

Hello Sololite,

On checking the DNS report, we found that the domain is not resolving from our server. Once the name servers are updated, the domain will pick up the pages from the server.
